Dynamic SLR is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead field operations in the Richardson/Houston area, coordinating home services, construction, and installation across multiple sites. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer experience while driving productivity and standardization.

You will own staffing, scheduling, and field standards, coaching leaders, and presenting performance updates to senior leadership. A strong operations background and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Zero to five years of professional experience - New Grads are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage field teams and operations.
