Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily installation and construction activities across the Houston market.
• Spend significant time on job sites and in the field inspecting progress.
• Set clear expectations and hold field teams to safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track labor utilization and throughput.
