Dynamic SLR in Houston seeks a Field Operations Manager to lead daily home services, construction, and installation operations across the Houston market. You will set priorities, drive safety and quality, and own field performance with accountability for results.

You will mentor technicians and installers, coordinate crews and schedules, and implement practical improvements that scale our Houston operation while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Zero to five years of professional experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Strong preference for candidates with 1–3 years in construction, installation, manufacturing, or field operations.
• Demonstrated leadership through athletics, coaching, military, or student organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Houston field operations across home services, construction, and installation.
• Set a clear operating direction with measurable priorities.
• Develop technicians and field personnel and cultivate accountability.
• Coordinate crews, schedules, equipment, materials and job-site requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and redesign workflows for efficiency.
• Track labor costs and project timelines and report to leadership.
