Westinghouse is seeking a Client Support Analyst in Houston, TX on behalf of our client for a 1-year contract (W-2). You will support Channel Partners and Sales Team by resolving post-deal inquiries and navigating operational challenges across deregulated markets.

You will serve as a primary contact for brokers and sales representatives handling enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory concerns, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios while performing complex analyses to aid

Qualificações

• High School Grad / GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a post-deal liaison between Services, Brokers, and Sales to resolve inquiries and ensure service delivery.
• Handle enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios for brokers and sales reps.
• Perform complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit.
