Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company, through WECTEC Staffing Services, is seeking a Sales Support Analyst for an 11-month contract in Houston, TX. The role supports direct and indirect sales in deregulated markets, performing complex analyses and leading medium-to-large project teams to inform decision-making.

The position requires a high school diploma (GED), 2 years of experience, and preferred Bachelor's qualifications. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

About the role:

We're looking for a Sales Support Analyst on behalf of our client. This is an 11-months contract assignment.(W-2) You would have a passion for making a difference in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market. We will expect you to support direct and/or indirect sales activities for most deregulated markets. You will conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision-making within the team.

Responsibilities and processes you will involve include custom pricing requests, processing commercial sales agreements, and setting up prospects and accounts, amongst others. You will base in Houston, Texas. You will report to the Sales Support Manager. As the client continue to grow, they want an experienced individuals, with a winning attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employees in this role directly support our Sales team for processing commercial agreements.
• Core responsibilities include acting as liaison between our Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners and Customers, including analyze inbound requests for proposals, account set up, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and any other aspects of opportunity set up to allow for bidding.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverable are met and accurately.
• Proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments. Increase awareness of front to end process of cross functional teams and impacts to current team responsibility.
