Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, through WECTEC Staffing Services, seeks a Client Support Analyst in Houston, TX for a 1-year contract (W-2). You will support brokers and the Sales Team by resolving post-deal inquiries and navigating regulatory and billing challenges in deregulated markets.

The role reports to the onsite manager and requires strong operational research skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as post-deal liaison between Services, Brokers, and Sales teams.
• Resolve enrollment, billing, and regulatory inquiries after contracts.
• Analyze operations to support informed decisions and improve service.
• Demonstrate passion for retail energy and gas markets.
