Job summary

Lunova Group is seeking a District General Manager to lead the Houston branch, drive profitability, manage customer relationships, and develop the local team. The role carries full P&L responsibility across service, repair, modernization, and new installation and requires strategic oversight of branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Houston branch with priority-setting and consistent execution across service, repair, modernization, and new installation.
• Own the branch P&L, monitor results, and drive revenue, EBIT, gross margin and budget performance.
• Drive growth and retention by expanding revenue and strengthening customer relationships in Houston.
• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, property managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the team, coaching managers and employees, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Champion safety and compliance with company standards and elevator codes.
