Job summary

Shaw Contract is seeking a highly driven Account Executive to lead a strategic Houston A&D territory. You will build deep relationships with architects and designers, drive specifications on Shaw Contract products, and manage end-to-end projects from opportunity to installation.

The role requires 3-5+ years of sales experience in interiors or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel; Salesforce experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales experience in commercial interiors, A&D, or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel daily within the territory and live in or near Houston.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across A&D and targeted segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and end users.
• Lead product presentations, design consultations, and specification efforts.
• Manage projects end-to-end from opportunity identification through installation and follow-up.
• Maintain an active pipeline using Salesforce and lead-gen platforms.
