WEX Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Houston area to drive new business growth and expand relationships across brokers, consultants, employers, and partners.

The role focuses on owning a territory strategy, building a robust pipeline, and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B SaaS/benefits sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel and manage a territory with a strong field

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B, SaaS, benefits, healthcare, or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and building relationships with brokers, consultants, and employers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.
• Ability to independently manage a geographic territory and travel schedule.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory to meet revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationships.
• Lead meetings, final presentations, and product demonstrations to win new business.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce activity, pipeline, and forecasting for territory performance.
• Spend three+ days per week in the field meeting clients, consultants, brokers, and prospects.
