Build Partners USA LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance while coordinating with superintendents, design teams and trade partners.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience with commercial GC exposure, delivering projects from $1M to $20M across Texas.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial general contracting.
• Experience delivering ground-up commercial projects valued from $1M-$20M.
• Strong preconstruction, estimating, buyout, scheduling, cost control and closeout knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, change orders and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with client and team relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance.
• Lead coordination with superintendents, design teams and trade partners.
• Serve as the primary client contact with progress updates.
• Drive planning, procurement and successful project closeout.
• Oversee multiple commercial projects.
