Allen Batchelor Construction in Augusta, GA is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects valued between $5M and $20M, driving design-build collaboration through to close-out. The role emphasizes strong field leadership, cost control, and a relationship-driven culture with growth opportunities into broader leadership over the next few years.

Responsibilities include direct project leadership, buyout, submittals, schedule management, and risk mitigation, while mentoring

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated commercial project management experience.
• Experience managing ground-up projects valued between $5M and $20M.
• Experience delivering healthcare, religious, office, or retail projects.
• Ability to read plans, understand sequencing, and resolve on-site issues.
• Experience with Design-Build, cost-plus and lump-sum contracts.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Sage Timberline Estimating and scheduling tools.
• Strong interpersonal and client-service skills; valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Direct all phases of ground-up commercial projects from design through warranty.
• Lead buyout, submittals, invoicing, schedules, changes, and close-outs.
• Partner with field superintendents to meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain transparent relationships with design partners, subcontractors and clients.
• Apply proactive problem-solving to design and construction challenges.
• Oversee project financial health and cost management.
• Mentor junior engineers and assistant PMs.
