Jobot is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in a growing design-build GC environment. The role focuses on managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while coordinating with clients and design teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction, a track record in ground-up work, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing ground-up construction.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, and financial performance.
• Manage subcontractors, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Partner with field teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
• Travel periodically to active project sites as needed.
