• Lead ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Oversee Project Managers and project teams on-site.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Drive safety, scheduling, and cost control initiatives.
