Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overall management of assigned construction projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Manage project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and contracts.
• Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Participate in project meetings and report on status and progress.
