Build Partners USA LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance while coordinating with superintendents, design teams and trade partners.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience with commercial GC exposure, delivering projects from $1M to $20M across Texas.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial general contracting.
• Experience delivering ground-up commercial projects valued from $1M-$20M.
• Strong preconstruction, estimating, buyout, scheduling, cost control and closeout knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, change orders and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with client and team relationships.

Compensation: $120k - $130k Base + Package

Lead high-impact commercial projects with a strong Texas GC.

A respected Houston-based General Contractor is hiring a Project Manager to deliver ground-up commercial projects $1M–$20M across Texas. Known for precision, efficiency, and integrity, this firm offers a stable pipeline and long-term growth.

Your Role

• Own full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Lead coordination with Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
• Serve as the primary client contact with consistent progress updates
• Drive planning, procurement, and successful project closeout
• Oversee multiple commercial projects

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ project management experience with a commercial general contractor experience.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial projects valued from $1M-$20M.
• Retail, restaurant, office or medical construction experience, with tenant-improvement experience considered a bonus.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction, estimating, buyout, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and project closeout.
• Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office, with Bluebeam and scheduling-software experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Based within commuting distance of Houston.
