Qualifications

• Experience in field service for imaging equipment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and install imaging equipment.
• Strong customer communication and escalation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on X-ray equipment to ensure optimal patient care.
• Troubleshoot, service, repair and install equipment of moderate complexity.
• Lead communications with customers and serve as escalation point for concerns.
• Own issues from dispatch to resolution and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to provide effective solutions and support revenue growth.
• Lead installations, validations, maintenance, and service repairs on designated equipment.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction and compliant documentation.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and company policies; document work daily with debriefs and metrics.
• Partner with customer/sales to recommend value-added services.
• Utilize escalation processes and coordinate with regional support for corrective actions.
