Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and 5–7 years’ direct Small Business Banking Sales experience.
• Financial Services experience in business banking sales preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute business development strategies to grow deposits, loans, and referral revenue.
• Manage and deepen an assigned portfolio of business clients and expand relationships.
• Develop and maintain a network of COIs to drive new business opportunities.
• Conduct consultative financial conversations to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Structure and evaluate credit opportunities and support sound decision-making.
• Maintain proactive prospecting, outbound calling, client meetings, and community engagement.
• Represent the bank in the local market through networking and industry events.
• Drive production goals while focusing on client experience and long-term relationships.
