Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance and 10+ years' commercial lending experience including CRE lending.
• Extensive knowledge of credit underwriting and complex accounting issues in CRE lending.
• Advanced knowledge of loan documentation, policy and regulations for CRE lending.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior management, regulators, and executives.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated capacity to sell within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Call on major commercial accounts to develop new relationships and retain existing business.
• Assist team members with complex account relationships and approve credit beyond lending limits.
• Negotiate loan proposals and analyze credit requests with cash flow and collateral analysis.
• Manage CRE loan portfolios and coordinate lending activities of loan officers.
• Define annual department objectives and develop operating plans and budgets.
• Direct and supervise personnel, train staff, and recruit candidates.
• Participate in community activities to expand the bank's network.
