Qualifications

• Experience as a legal assistant, litigation support, or legal admin preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities while following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Case & litigation support: manage active matters, documents, and deadlines in Litify and firm systems.
• Discovery support: schedule depositions, court reporters, logistics, and materials.
• Settlement & case closing: track deadlines, verify funds, and complete closing procedures.
• Communicate promptly about deadlines, missing information, and issues requiring attention.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct when handling client information.
