The ideal candidate is organized, deadline-driven, and thrives in a collaborative legal environment. Responsibilities include discovery, motions, hearings, filings, and document preparation, with ample overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive paralegal experience in a law firm litigation department.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and related tools.
• Strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys handling wage-and-hour litigation across federal/state courts and arbitration.
• Assist with discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, trials, and arbitrations.
• Review and calendar electronic filings per Federal and Local Rules.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents.
• Organize deposition and trial notebooks and client materials.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including subpoenas and depositions.
• Support team, prioritize workloads, and coordinate with legal staff.
