Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project and/or program management experience across multiple hospitals or health systems.

Responsabilidades

• Directs activities related to new program operations/implementation.
• Collaborates with leadership to create manuals and orientation materials.
• Oversees portfolio creation and management of IHBS projects and governance processes.
• Mentors project managers and coordinates executive communications.
• Ensures compliance and drives continuous improvement across programs.
