HCA Houston Healthcare West is seeking a Hospital Sales Director to build and retain physician and provider relations, driving growth across hospital services in the Houston area.

You will partner with hospital leadership, execute strategic plans to boost admissions and procedures, and present data-driven growth proposals to facility leadership. A strong background in medical sales and CRM is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• 3+ years of medical sales experience with direct sales to physicians preferred.

Responsabilités

• You will be seen as an extension of hospital leadership and operations, focusing on key internal and external customers to grow hospital volumes.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow hospital volumes, including inpatient admissions, outpatient services and surgical volumes.
• Engage with physicians and surgeons in the OR, understanding basic OR protocols and procedures.
• Actively prospect for new business and growth in the hospital environment.
• Identify barriers and communicate to leadership using a CRM system.
• Responsible for issue resolution processes and implement solutions for gaining or retaining business.
• Build data-driven business cases for strategic growth proposals and present to facility leadership.
