Job summary
Harris Health is seeking a Director of Home Division Operations to lead strategic and operational management of home-based care programs, including Hospital at Home and House Calls. This role drives program development, quality improvement, and integration across inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure seamless, high-quality care in the home.
The Director partners with cross-functional leaders to standardize processes, optimize outcomes, and align with Harris Health's mission to expand
Qualifications
- Nine years of experience in healthcare operational settings, including acute care, with at least 2 years in program development and implementation.
- RN license or Registered Pharmacist (as applicable) and FEMA IS-700/200/701 certifications per requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational management of home-based care programs across Hospital at Home and House Calls.
- Drive quality improvement, integration across inpatient and outpatient settings, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to standardize processes and expand access to patient-centered care.
