Job summary

ZT Automotive Group in Houston, TX, is seeking a Corporate Manager, New Vehicle Operations to lead group-wide performance across the new-vehicle segment. The role focuses on sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, manufacturer program attainment, and allocation strategy at the corporate level.

You will maintain current knowledge of manufacturer programs, manage ordering and distribution workflows, and partner with General Managers and regional leaders to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in new vehicle operations, with OEM program attainment and allocation.
• Knowledge of OEM incentives and how they relate to performance metrics.
• Strong operations management and process standardization across locations.
• Data analysis, forecasting, and inventory management skills.
• Ability to influence without direct supervision and lead change across stores.
• Excellent communication with OEMs, vendors, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and performance data across the group.
• Maintain program knowledge and communicate requirements to General Managers.
• Oversee ordering, allocation, and distribution workflows across stores.
• Develop standard operating procedures and cross-store initiatives.
• Support leadership with reporting and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with regional leaders on training and adoption of processes.
