Job summary

ZT Motors of Texas LP in Houston seeks a seasoned Digital Marketing Director to own performance across a multi-rooftop dealer group. You will set strategy, manage agencies and tech vendors, and drive traffic, leads and cost efficiency across all rooftops.

You will work closely with store leadership, optimize paid media, website performance and CRM programs to ensure a seamless online-to-offline customer journey and compliant OEM collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years in digital or performance marketing with strategy and budget ownership.
• Automotive retail or high-volume lead generation experience preferred; multi-location experience required.
• Proven ability to manage external agencies and vendors with accountability for results.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with ability to diagnose performance beyond dashboards.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Search Console and tag management; CRM campaign build and reporting.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team; advanced spreadsheet skills for budget and lead reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own digital marketing performance across the dealership portfolio; set strategy and manage vendors.
• Budget allocation by store and channel; optimize for leads, cost per lead, and cost per sale.
• Drive website, conversion improvements and digital retailing to connect online to in-store handoff.
• Manage CRM and email campaigns, equity mining, and retention campaigns with store leadership.
• Lead agency relationships, monitor performance, and ensure compliant OEM programs.
