Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years leading an HR function.
• Experience advising senior executives in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Strong command of employee relations, employment law, talent management, compensation, benefits, payroll governance, and HR operations.
• Experience building scalable processes and using workforce analytics to influence business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline; HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR due diligence and post-close integration planning for dealership acquisitions.
• Deliver structured employee transition experiences and drive adoption of ZT Automotive practices.
• Build a scalable HR operating model close to the business with governance and process discipline.
• Coach and develop the HR team; manage external partners and vendors.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, and leadership to ensure pay accuracy and compliance.
