Job summary

ZT Motors of Texas LP is seeking a hands-on Manager of Human Resources to lead people operations across its Texas dealership network. You will partner with the Chief People Officer to implement HR policies, drive employee development, and ensure a consistent, compliant employee experience.

You will own talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations while aligning HR activities with business priorities and dealership leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR operations experience across multiple dealerships.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and compensation administration.
• Proven ability to lead talent acquisition and onboarding.

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations.
