PsychPlus is reimagining mental health care with a digital-first approach. The Chief Commercial Officer will lead the company’s commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence across in-person Texas sites and nationwide virtual platforms.

The role requires senior leadership in commercial strategy, a track record of building scalable growth, and the ability to develop strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, employers, and payers.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in commercial strategy, sales, business development, or revenue growth.
• Strong track record building and executing commercial strategies.
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall commercial and revenue-growth strategy for PsychPlus.
• Identify and pursue new market, partnership, and business development opportunities.
• Lead strategic growth across healthcare, employer, payer, and other channels.
• Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage commercial goals, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue performance.
• Lead, mentor, and scale commercial and business development teams.
• Collaborate with CEO and executive leadership on growth initiatives.
• Evaluate new markets, service lines, and opportunities for expansion.
• Establish scalable sales and business development processes to support growth.
• Represent PsychPlus with senior executives and healthcare organizations.
