Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of behavioral health leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of executive-level leadership.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health operations, compliance, and healthcare management.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and organizational growth.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s strategic direction and long-term goals.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered care.
• Identify opportunities for program expansion and growth.
• Oversee daily operations across clinical, administrative, and facility functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer requirements and audits.
• Develop and oversee budgets and financial planning; monitor revenue cycle and growth.
