Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in rental assistance, housing subsidy or similar programs.
• Supervisory experience in a public-service setting.
• Experience with government-funded programs and reporting deadlines.
• Preferred: Housing Choice Voucher, HUD-funded housing, HMIS or related software.

Responsibilities

• Administer housing assistance programs including Section 8 and related subsidies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare funding materials, and report to funders.
