Job summary

The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) invites qualified professionals to join our mission-driven team as the HCV Program Manager. • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience leading large teams.
• HCV Program Management Certification (or equivalent) required within one year of hire.

As the HCV Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to support the success of CMHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program. This role works closely with the HCV Assistant Director to manage eligibility, certifications, compliance, and customer service efforts.
