  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn program regulations and systems quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in public/business administration, urban studies, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience leading large teams.
  • HCV Program Management Certification (or equivalent) required within one year of hire.

  • Act as a liaison for tenant and landlord concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and respect.

  • Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews to ensure high performance and program excellence.

The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) invites qualified professionals to join our innovative and mission-driven team. As the 17th largest housing authority in the nation, CMHA oversees approximately 4,718 public housing units and administers over 11,700 Housing Choice Vouchers, in addition to actively expanding its portfolio through affordable housing development initiatives. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented leader to serve as Manager of the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

As the HCV Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to support the success of CMHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program. This role works closely with the HCV Assistant Director to manage eligibility, certifications, compliance, and customer service efforts.
