Job summary

Stef & Philips Limited is seeking a Housing Officer to support tenants from check-in to move-out, oversee property conditions, and coordinate with partners for welfare support. The role involves basic maintenance, property visits, and updating systems like Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have experience in housing/tenancy management, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks. A full UK driving licence is required to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housing and tenancy management support.
• Experience with vulnerable people and homelessness.
• Computer literacy with Word and Excel.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic maintenance and adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular tenant visits and update Salesforce.
• Address complaints and ensure proper follow-up.
• Assist with check-in and check-out inspections.
• Report hazards and maintain safe working environment.
• Liaise with utility department for meter reads.
• Support tenancy across housing benefits and welfare reform.
• Coordinate with partners to support tenants.
• Participate in development reviews and follow policies.
