Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 48 months of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Department prefers data analysis and script writing.
• Experience with housing assignment software such as StarRez or Roompact.
• Experience with application development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, update, and format scheduled and ad hoc reports in StarRez using SQL.
• Perform general system maintenance and update records and templates.
• Configure and maintain portal processes integrated with housing software.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot system issues promptly.
• Create training materials and lead trainings for Housing staff.
• Conduct bulk data imports and maintain data integrity.
