Job summary

Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) seeks a Per Diem Housing Residence Support Specialist to oversee the operation of the residence and ensure a safe, trauma-informed environment for residents.

You will conduct intakes, provide crisis intervention, support staff and volunteers, and maintain accurate records while coordinating with medical providers. This is a part-time, per diem position with opportunities to grow within the agency.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the human services field, crisis intervention, residential setting, or emergency services.
• Knowledge of homeless client issues is preferred.
• Experience with conflict resolution techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of the residence and ensures a safe environment.
• Conducts intakes for individuals entering the residence.
• Acts as liaison with other community service providers and referrals.
