Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. is seeking a Housing Coordinator to assist individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in obtaining and maintaining housing within the Supported Housing Program.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 3 years in behavioral health.
• Must obtain QMHA certification within 2 months of hire; valid Oregon Driver License and insurable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct housing support to clients with severe mental illness.
• Coordinates with landlords, property managers and community partners.
• Keeps housing program records, tracks expenses and ensures compliance with contract requirements.
• Attends treatment team meetings and participates as part of the mental health team.
• Performs client home visits and facilitates skill-building classes (e.g., Ready to Rent, budgeting).
