Copa Health Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Housing Support Specialist to assist individuals and families in housing and community settings, promoting safety and independence while providing skill-building and service coordination.

The role combines direct behavioral health support with resource linkage and resident advocacy to help maintain stable housing and achieve personal goals. The position emphasizes helping clients access benefits, healthcare, and social services, with a focus on safety,

Competenze

Minimum HS diploma/GED with 2–3 years of relevant behavioral health experience.
Associate degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience in behavioral health.
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health plus 1 year of relevant experience in behavioral health.

Mansioni

Promotes a supportive, respectful community environment for individuals and families.
Teaches life skills development (financial literacy, employment readiness, housekeeping, shopping, meal planning) and promotes tenant rights and self-advocacy.
Supports implementation of treatment plans, behavior plans, SMART goals, and recovery-oriented services.
Provides resources and referrals to community agencies and service providers.
Develops and maintains resource directories and tracks service utilization.
Monitors external service providers to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Assists residents in accessing benefits, healthcare, and social services.
