Responsibilities include supporting tenants in securing affordable housing, managing utilities, and ongoing mental health monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mental health, with at least one year in human services preferred. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mental health or human services.
• One year experience in human services preferred.
• Clean NYS driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist tenants in securing safe, affordable housing.

• Monitor tenant living environment and mental health.
• Maintain records and provider reports as required.
