Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred and two years of human services experience or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with low-income housing resources and credit/landlord responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in obtaining and maintaining housing and develop contracts for payment of fees
• Liaise with landlords to facilitate placement and problem-solve issues
• Coordinate with case managers to support residents and prepare monthly performance reports
