Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Community Life Service Coordinator to support residents of mixed-income apartment communities.

You will develop housing stability plans, coordinate with property management and local partners, and help residents access education, health, and financial resources. Responsibilities include building partnerships, conducting home visits, managing records in ETO, and supporting lease compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2+ years in housing or human services.
• Experience managing grants and working with families.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management tools.
• Knowledge of housing policies and HUD regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with local service providers for on-site or referred programs.
• Support lease compliance and address violations with residents.
• Participate in unit inspections with Property Management.
• Build and maintain community partnerships to ensure resources.
• Monitor housing stability and mediate between residents and management.
• Provide case management and referrals for housing, education, health.
• Conduct weekly or monthly home visits as needed.
• Coordinate with agencies to deliver rent/utility assistance.
• Document records in Efforts to Outcome (ETO).
• Attend trainings and weekly meetings.
• Prepare Community Life questionnaires.
• Assist in securing and executing contracts or MOAs with providers.
