Job summary

Share is hiring a Housing Navigator in Vancouver, WA. The role supports participants in overcoming housing barriers, assesses needs, and secures rental opportunities while cultivating relationships with landlords and property managers.

You will work Monday–Friday on-site, with starting wages between $25.00 and $27.00 hourly, DOE. A bachelor’s degree or two years’ experience with homelessness are preferred, plus proficiency with HMIS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; or 2+ years working with homeless populations.
• Crisis intervention, harm reduction, and client-centered care experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct housing assessments, planning, and client-driven housing searches.
• Build relationships with landlords and property managers.
• Maintain HMIS records and documentation.
• Coordinate with program staff and attend meetings.
• Advocate for clients to obtain suitable housing.
