Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred
• Two years direct life experience with homeless populations welcomed
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable vehicle required for field visits
• Experience with recovery, mental health, and co-occurring disorders helpful
• Familiarity with housing services and case management documentation desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 17–25 individuals and meet residents twice a month to review housing plans
• Meet clients in shelters, community, and homes; provide housing support
• Apply harm reduction and client-centered services to support housing stability
• Conduct crisis prevention and intervention
• Practice Trauma‑Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing in interactions
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with housing authorities and service providers
