Qualifications

• High School diploma with 2 years’ experience or Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Experience in application processing, eligibility determinations, and case management.
• Experience with crisis intervention and serving diverse populations preferred.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and professional writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide resources to address clients’ needs, including housing applications, negotiation with property owners and utility companies, fuel assistance, and shelter information.
• Complete and maintain client files by reviewing applications and collecting documentation, maintaining a rolling caseload.
• Accept referrals for financial assistance and housing counseling, and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Track interactions in data collection tools and Case Management System as required by funder and organization.
• Manage rolling caseloads weekly with initiative to meet quotas; perform other duties as assigned.
