Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Housing Case Manager to provide direct services and housing support at the Lakewood Navigation Center. This role applies trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices to support residents.

You will conduct needs-based assessments, assist with housing placement, and coordinate with partners to ensure access to benefits and services. The position requires a valid CO driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or a closely related field.
• At minimum, one full year of working with people experiencing homelessness.
• Colorado driver’s license and valid auto insurance.
• Background checks and credentialing required within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Conduct needs-based assessments and determine program eligibility for shelter stability and housing goals.
• Assist participants in securing and maintaining housing, including rental applications and landlord mediation.
• Engage with community providers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored services.
