Job summary

Bayaud Works, a subsidiary of AC Disaster Consulting, seeks a full-time Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, housing-focused support to families at the Tamarac Family Emergency Shelter in Denver. You will conduct intake, develop stability plans, coordinate services, and document in HMIS with a focus on Housing First standards.

The role requires at least an Associates degree and about two years of case management experience; background check required; valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Social Work or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of case management, housing navigation, or human services experience.
• Experience with HMIS or similar data systems preferred.
• Must pass a background check; valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-focused case management services, including intake, assessment, service planning, referrals, follow-up, and stabilization support.
• Develop and update individualized housing stability and employment plans with clear goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with shelter staff, landlords, and community partners to connect residents with resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation in HMIS and program records.
