Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in housing stability or homelessness services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing-focused case management to participants in the Supported Housing Program.
• Prepare and maintain complete case files and records.
• Create housing stabilization service plans with participants and track progress toward goals.
• Coordinate services with community agencies to address housing barriers.
• Assist participants in developing long-term housing goals and networks.
• Collaborate with landlords and housing liaisons to secure affordable rental opportunities.
• Maintain timely data entry and prepare reports for management.
