Job summary

Bayaud Works, a subsidiary operating in the Denver area, is seeking a Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, housing-focused case management to families at the Tamarac Family Emergency Shelter. You will identify housing barriers, develop stability plans, and connect residents with wraparound services to promote long-term housing stability and self-sufficiency.

The role requires strong organizational skills, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with shelter staff and community partners.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of case management, housing navigation, or human services experience.
• Experience with HMIS or similar data systems preferred.
• Background check required for work with families and vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, housing-focused case management to families at the shelter.
• Assess housing barriers, service needs, income needs, and benefits eligibility.
• Develop individualized housing stability and employment plans with clear goals.
• Maintain documentation in HMIS, OneHome/Community Queue, and case files.
• Drive/transport clients to facilities and required events as needed.
• Advocate with landlords, housing providers, and partners to support residents.
