Qualifications

• Ability to make unit visits.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to program regulations and ensure quality services.
• Develop Independent Living Plans (ILP) with clients.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy services.
• Facilitate meetings with clients and inspect living spaces.
