Job summary

Kitsap Community Resources is seeking a Housing Case Manager to support households experiencing homelessness through our Supportive Housing Programs. You will conduct intake, build relationships, and help clients achieve housing stability within program guidelines.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires collaboration with service providers, budgeting, housing search assistance, and documentation. In-person office setting with client visits may occur.

Qualifications

• Lived experience with housing instability or homelessness is valued.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office are required.
• Preferred multilingual ability, especially Spanish.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to households experiencing homelessness through Supportive Housing Programs.
• Conduct client visits and intake, build relationships, and assist with housing stability plans.
• Facilitate budgeting, housing searches, landlord mediation, and documentation collection.
• Coordinate with other service providers to connect clients to needed resources.
• Maintain case records and ensure timely reporting and compliance with program guidelines.
