People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking a Housing Solutions Coordinator in Abingdon, VA. The role oversees homeless solutions activities, data tracking, and coordinated entry for the Northern Region and Washington County, including grant-based duties supporting resident services and engagement at properties.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience and a background in services for individuals experiencing homelessness, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one or more years supervisory/management experience.
• Prior experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Experience conducting resident assessments or facilitating resident engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all homeless solutions program activities including coordinated entry and data tracking across the agency's Northern Region and Washington County.
• Support the Resident Services Manager on grant-related work expanding case management and resident engagement at properties.
• Coordinate with community and healthcare partners to connect clients to needed services.
