Job summary

CAMBA is seeking a Case Manager in Brooklyn, NY. You will formulate plans for permanent housing placement, engage clients needing social services, interview and evaluate clients, and coordinate with community resources to support housing stability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience, with bilingual English & Spanish preferred, and offers full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English & Spanish preferred.
• Experience interviewing and assessing clients for housing or social services.
• Ability to locate and refer to community resources and coordinate with CAMBA staff.

Responsibilities

• Formulate plans for housing placement and prepare clients.
• Engage individuals requiring social service assistance.
• Interview and evaluate clients and update living plans and goals.
• Refer clients to appropriate community resources and CAMBA services.
• Maintain client files and documentation per policy.
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to achieve housing stability.
• Collaborate with external organizations for education, healthcare, housing, and legal matters.
